I'm Emilia. I build Zoho automations and websites around the way a business actually works.
My focus is connecting the steps people repeat: capturing a lead, updating a record, preparing a document and assigning the next action.
I'm seeking roles and project collaborations where I can contribute with my current toolkit and keep developing the integration skills below.
Talk about a role or a process ↗Who does the task? What starts it? What data is needed? What happens when it fails? What should a person approve? The answers shape the build.

Clear expectations make better projects.
No. We can start by mapping the process and deciding whether Zoho fits. If you already use it, we review the current setup first. Licences and account choices are agreed separately.
A free audit takes 30 minutes. A small scoped automation may fit a 1–2 week planning window; an integrated build may need 3–6 weeks. The final timeline depends on access, requirements, approvals and testing.
We define failure paths, ownership and a test checklist during the build. Handover notes explain how to spot and report an issue. Ongoing checks and response windows can be agreed through a care plan; no round-the-clock support is implied.
We agree a shared brief, review points, timezone overlap and a communication channel. I share workflow maps and progress for review, then provide documentation and a training walkthrough at handover.
Only Client Onboarding Automation is labeled Built. Its implementation notes are linked. AI Lead Management is In progress. The other twelve are Concepts with proposed approaches, not client deployments.
No. The playground uses fictional examples and browser logic. The qualifier is rule-based, not a live AI service. Only game scores and display preferences are stored locally. Email actions open a draft in your mail app.
A 30-minute discussion, a high-level map and a recommended next step. It does not include a complete implementation. Any paid work is scoped and quoted after the audit.
